Long ago, early humans undertook a formidable journey into the depths of the Earth, as they confronted the emergence of consciousness and the mysteries of life. Armed only with a flickering torch they spent days in near darkness in a trance-like state, depicting enigmatic images on cave walls.

Similarly to these ancient rituals, Mingled with Voids emerges from the darkness as mysterious and hypnotic visuals. The images are trembling reflections generated using only a simple flashlight and mirror. The act of capturing them resembles more of a performative act. The consciousness blurs and the senses dazzle due to the extended duration of the photo shoots and the temporary nature of reflections. It’s a glimpse of a plane beyond conscious perception, an arcane dimension, released from the structured confines of rationality.
