My First Dream is a photo project and a limited edition artists’ book exploring the perception of reality. The work depicts obscure and unfamiliar places that evoke a strong sense of isolation and loneliness. Balancing the blurred line between the real and the unreal, the original and the forged, Diego’s work plays with the space exploration narrative and stages imaginary explorations and planets.
